Mixing the raw materials
The different raw materials are added to a weighing station, according to the proportions described in the chosen recipe. The weighted materials are then poured into a ribbon mixer.
This picture shows mixing ribbons in the chamber of the mixer. To obtain an optimal blending of raw materials, a minimum of two ribbons is required.
After the milling the flour is sent through another mixer, similar to the first one. Due to the use of the final mixing process Aqua Bio can guarantee it’s product is perfectly homogeneous.
The second mixing will also allow to add sensitive ingredients, which could be destroyed in the grinding process.
